New and emerging talent in the world of music will converge at the second edition of Ragasthan, a four-day festival, starting Feb 13 in the picturesque sand dunes of Khuri, near Jaisalmer.
Ragasthan 2014 has an eclectic line-up of Indian artistes such as Ash Roy, Mame Khan and Troupe, Ganesh Talkies and Tritha Electric as well as international musicians Christophe Chassol (France) and Alo Wala (US).
The festival will also have a range of activities like paintball, sky gazing workshops, karaoke, volleyball, drive-in camping and yoga sessions.
The experience of camping at the festival gives all adventure enthusiasts and outdoor thrill seekers a chance to bring out their own tents and come to enjoy with others in the vastness of nature, said a statement.
There is also an option of luxury camping in special tents with en suite bathrooms in the desert. These are available at a relatively affordable price.
Ragasthan is a no-plastic festival, and what adds to its uniqueness is that it has camel rides all around the camp site to ferry people.
