Singer Ozzy Osbourne was so keen to eat Indian curry at an Italian restaurant that a staff member reportedly had to order a takeaway for the rockstar.
When Ozzy recently went out for dinner with wife Sharon and her "The X Factor" friend Louis Walsh, the Black Sabbath band member ordered a curry.
He was asked to refer to the menu of London's posh C branch of the Cipriani chain, which offers European cuisine, reports mirror.co.uk.
But the 64-year-old wanted to have a curry and repeatedly told the waiter and his dining companions so.
The restaurant's staff member is said to have gone out to get him a takeaway.
"Ozzy was completely unfazed by the situation, and insisted he was in the mood for a curry. Sharon and Walsh kept telling him he should just have a nice bowl of pasta or something, but he wouldn't budge," said a source.
"He wanted a curry and as far as he was concerned that was the end of it. Obviously staff were keen to keep their high-profile guests happy, so waiters were dispatched to a nearby curry house in Mayfair and a takeaway ordered for Ozzy," added the source.
The staff members reportedly served the Indian dish on C-branded plates.
