Yaami is invited to the Southern California Youth Convention which is scheduled for end of this year.
Her performance in her debut film Vicky Donor was very well received in the United States, making her very popular among the young Indians in the United States. The convention is targeted at young adults - junior high and high school students.
A source close to the event organisers said," This year the convention has 4 speakers from different walks of life . We are very keen to have Yaami as a part of the youth convention due to her growing popularity amongst Indian community here."
Yaami is trying to work out her dates since she will be shooting for Action Jackson in December.
