Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has recently acquired a stake in Kidzania - an edutainment theme park for kids- goes down memory lane and shares his experience of visiting an amusement park for the first time in his life.
"I remember anything close to a theme park that came first in Delhi was Appu Ghar, there was a banana boat in it. With great happiness and excitement after waiting for months our parents took us there and it was one of the most exciting experiences of our lives," said Shah Rukh at the launch of Kidzania Mumbai, Thursday.
The 47-year-old also spoke about the games he used to play on the streets of Delhi, the city he hails from.
"I used to play with marbles, gulli-danda, hide and seek, hopscotch, chor-police. I hail from Delhi, there we used to play all this within our housing colonies hiding behind walls," he said.
Shah Rukh's last release "Chennai Express" is still running successfully. The actor will next be seen in Farah Khan's "Happy New Year".
